USCIS To Remain Open During Government Shutdown

USCIS To Remain Open During Government Shutdown

For those that have pending applications or interviews scheduled with USCIS, please note that the government shutdown will have no effect. USCIS is self-funded through its fee for service program. Please attend interviews as scheduled and respond to requests for evidence as indicated.

The government shut down does effect other agencies that work with USCIS. For example, PERM Labor certifications are not being accepted at this time.

If you have an application initiated by Yekrangi & Associates, rest assured that it is being processed without delay.
